I have no overclocking going on, i am using MS Essentials and all the drivers are up-to date
and bios has the latest update according to the asus web site & the case is Dust free

This one doesn't give much information other than it's most likely a hardware related BSOD. Last symbol in stack trace points to your AMD Processor.

Would that mean that i might have to return it for replacement ?
