Hi.

I have an unexpected problem with my Apple mouse on Windows (used by ergonomic consideration on a classic Windows PC), as the central button-stick goes uncontrollable and instead of having any functionality it moves control elements to and fro over the entire screen. Two mouses have an identical problems, thus it is not a hardware fault.

How I can solve these problems not changing my pack of mouses for more "tamed pets"?

Best regards.

Most probably your mouse needs specific drivers. I have a Diablo gaming mouse, works fine with Windows defaults, but specialties need own drivers.

Check your mouse exact name and type, and do a run for drivers - namely manufacturer, secondly Microsoft. If you have the original CD for drivers, use that - as to get into Zero Point, from where you can update.

Hopefully you get it started.
