Have Project 2010 Pro installed on Windows 7.
mpp file when clicked on does not open project 2010.
I find the Set Associations and mpp is not set.
mpt points to MS Project.
So I go to change program and Project is not in the pick list of
icons.
Tried browsing but cannot find Project 2010.
Any Ideas.

It seems like you are encountering an issue with opening .mpp files in Microsoft Project 2010 on Windows 7. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you associate .mpp files with Microsoft Project 2010: 1. Check Installation Path: Make sure that Microsoft Project 2010 is correctly installed on your system. Set Default Program: - Go to Control Panel > Default Programs > Set Associations. - Look for .mpp in the list and set it to open with Microsoft Project 2010. 4. Test the Association: Try to open an .mpp file after associating it with Microsoft Project 2010. It should now open in Microsoft Project when double-clicked. If you are still facing issues after following these steps, you may need to repair or reinstall Microsoft Project 2010 to ensure the association is correctly set up. Let me know if you encounter any difficulties or if you need further assistance!
