Automate Microsoft assessment planning toolkit

How do I automate / silently run the MAP tool when I am trying to run the inventory collection procedure after installing the MAP tool.
As there are a bunch of GUI screens in the MAP wizard I would like to run this behind the scenes , auto select options and collect inventory with no manual intervention.
Is this possible.

I don't believe there are any command line options for MAP
