Bass sounds not working

My laptop is omen 15-dc0xxx
For some time I noticed that while listening to music I couldn't hear bass sounds.
I think my divers are up to date and there is no problem on the side of the headphones.


Help would be appreciated.
 
Solution
At first, You need to run The audio troubleshooter, it might be able to fix audio problems automatically.
If The audio troubleshooter did not fix the problem then you need to check for updates, if there is any update available, then restart your PC and see if your sound is working properly.
If that didn't solve your problem then Restart Audio Services
