Before posting a game issue please do the following to make sure it really is an issue with that game;

1. Try running the program/installer using compatibility mode. To do this, right click the ".exe" file [If it's already installed, you'll have to find it in c:\Program Files\(Manufacturer)\(program).exe] and choose properties. Go to the "Compatibility" tab, and set the compatibility mode to "Windows Vista". Then try running the program. If that doesn't work, try running it in Compatibility Mode for "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)".

2. Update to the latest version. There may be patches to fix compatibility issues.

3. When all the ways above fail, make sure to post your system specs and windows version as well as whether it's 64 or 32 bit.

Thanks,
Staff
