Picture this: It's late at night, you're sitting at your computer playing a game or working on a project when, suddenly, Windows freezes completely. All your work is gone, and you find a blue screen full of gibberish staring back at you. Windows is dead, Jim, at least until you reboot it. You have no choice but to sigh loudly, shake your fist at Bill Gates and angrily push the reset button. You've just been visited by the ghost of windows crashed: the Blue Screen of Death.

Also known as the BSoD, the Blue Screen of Death appears when Windows crashes or locks up. It's actually a Windows "stop" screen, and is designed to do two things: tell you the reason for the error, and to calm your nerves, hence the use of the color blue (studies show it has a relaxing effect on people). Though Blue Screens are difficult to decipher, all the information you need to figure out what caused it is right there in front of you in blue and white—and that's where we come in. We're going to show you how to dissect the blue screen error details, so you can fix the problem that's causing them.

Solution
3 tips to help repair this:
1: Run the system in safe mode, update it and scan for viruses
2: use system restore to take your PC back to a more stable time
3: back all the important stuff, format, run Darik's boot & Nuke (optional), then restore the copy of windows you had, this is a last resort, also, google the stop error code 0xc000021a and look at microsoft's support base
Mahmoud please create a new thread in one of our bsod forums (the windows 7 one is here: Link Removed )
Please use the app found in this thread to post your info:

The reason we ask this is because sometimes troubleshooting can take a while or at least a few pages of questions and answers so it's best to have your own thread.
I made the thread ,here is it's link

Thanks for the link, Adamsappleone!!!!!!! My computer keeps getting the blue screen every time I open my laptop in the morning. It goes to the blue screen and it gets really annoying after 5 times. That link really helped me!!!
I tried your link, registered then logged into the site ok, but tells me I'm 'not authorized to access this page.' Too bad you couldn't just post the information here rather than go to a registration mine then get dumped on. Oh well.

My system keeps crashing. I do not have a restore point to go back to before the crashing started. System is a new system put together sans the 2nd M2 drive as of Jan 2025. Crashing started during October, around 4-5 weeks now, I can't recall if it began just before or just after installing Adndroid emulators - Google, Bluestacks, and a couple others - I do recall an issue during the install of the Google Adroid emulator/android tools that caused a crash. Otherwise all crashing occurs while playing gaming. Also I did have an old SATA drive attached for storage - that did end up failing and I have removed it. All drivers are upto date, Windows 11 is completely upto date, I have run Display Driver Uninstaller to clean video drivers and reinstall fresh Nvidia drivers. Uninstalled everything I could think of that might affect the system. Have run DISM restorehealth, SFC, chkdsk (thats when I found the SATA drive was failing and after several attempts totally died). DISM, SFC, chkdsk all run clean, ran a few times with reboots of course to make sure. Did seem to be okay about a week ago, was able to run 10 x Roblox accounts (farming) for a whole day wihtout a crash. Sadly that lasted a couple days and now getting worse, 2 crashes this morning, with just a couple accounts running. I ran FurMark2 x 64 testing for an hour, full screen 2560x1440 without any issue. Yet less than 30 min of running a game, and it has crashed with only 1 x Roblox account running. Has also crashed playing games thru Steam, the system will crash. I'm suspecting some kind of issue with my video card yet the FurMark test seems to indicate that it is rockin' out. At a loss, I don't really understand these minidump files, attempted the new beta AI tool here but keeps giving error that signature can't be read on all my DMP files.

Attaching ZIP with last 11 files, the most recent I reset the option for a Complete Dump. Any direction you can point me in would be helpful. Before I go thru all the fun of reinstall windows and my applications, want to make sure it isn't an actual hardware problem.
