Windows 7 blue screen on shut down

windows 7 and hp a1640n 2gb ram dual core Intel 1.6ghz 128mbnvidiagpu
whenever i shut down after it says shuting down i get a blue screen
please help

Can you provide more information like what antivirus and firewall software you have installed? How long has this been happening? Has it happened ever since windows 7 was installed? Hope to hear from you soon.
