Windows 7 "Blue Screen" while shutting down

Hey there!

So an interesting new problem has cropped up when shutting down my computer. I'll tell it to shut down, the last two times have been as I've gone to bed, and I've noticed, as I'm falling to sleep, that it hangs in the shut-down process, and just sits on the "Windows is shutting down" splash screen.

The next morning, when I wake up, I hear the computer running and it has been at the log-in screen, as if it has restarted. I log-in and I get the "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" dialog. It gives me plenty of BSOD info, but, since I've not yet had this problem in Win7 I'm not sure how to use the information to research the problem. Usually I have a specific error name and a stop code, but now I have several codes and no name. Here's the info I got:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 9f
BCP1: 0000000000000003
BCP2: FFFFFA80058738C0
BCP3: FFFFF80002FA4518
BCP4: FFFFFA800410B010
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\122711-24928-01.dmp
C:\Users\BleasS\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-30461504-0.sysdata.xml

Obviously I'm concerned about the fact that these shut-downs have been interrupted so frequently and I'm hoping that I'll be able to fix this without having to reinstall Windows 7, as I'm still in the process of creating and effective back-up plan (I suppose I really should make that a priority).
