Windows 8 BOSD when playing games

The Attached file has everything that is listed in Link Removed, i am experience random BSOD's when playing video games and my computer is not overclocked.

Ok thanks for the update. I'm sure it's something we might have missed and I'd go through the bios with a fine toothcomb just in case it's some odd little setting somewhere. In the meantime I'll keep looking for a solution to this odd issue.

I've been searching high and low and still not found anything on this odd issue. Have you tried Gigabyte support? Also which Bios did you upgrade to?
 
I've been really busy so I haven't managed to contact gigabyte support it doesn't turn on at all anymore so I'm just gonna replace the motherboard
 
Damn I'm so sorry to hear that. I wonder if the board was faulty all along? I bet you could get it replaced by Gigabyte for free so it's worth considering an RMA?
