I have attached a zipped folder with the requested information. Link Removed

As mentioned, I bought this laptop used and the owner disappeared after I discovered the problems when I got home. By looking at the event viewer it looks like he had done a fresh windows install in September and had not really touched it since. He also swapped out his hard drive and installed a new one. I originally thought it was overheating problems so I got the heat sinks cleaned and applied new thermal paste, but the temps still hit around 70.

Any help is appreciated....thank you

Only 97 updates since SP1 - most systems have 130 to 140. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.

There's a couple of different issues here.

Please start by running the free diagnostics from here: Link Removed

Since the laptop is overheating (I'm just not comfortable with 70ºC temps), please be sure to use a cooling pad with it.

The other issues are with the following drivers. Please update them as indicated below. If that doesn't fix things, then I'd have to suspect that there is a hardware issue:

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that...
