J Joe S Excellent Member Joined Jan 12, 2009 Oct 4, 2012 #2 Read How to ask for help with BSODs up in stickies. In the mean time try uninstalling Avast run their cleanup tool and install MSE. Many of the AV programs are invloved in BSODs. Joe

HaffaWaffle New Member Joined Oct 3, 2012 Oct 4, 2012 #3 I did what you said and i have yet to see the BSOD yet. I installed MSE and uninstalled Avast, and ran Ccleaner on the registry and temp files.
