This machine had Win XP 32-bit and was running smoothly (no crashes). I ran the compatibility test and it passed and I did a fresh install of Win 7 x64 and now it crashes. Attached are all the dumps and data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've run driver verifier and the latest dump is a result of it crashing while in the Driver Verification mode.

By the way, I tried running RAMMon but both 32-bit and 64-bit version files gave me an error when I tried to run them.

The above dump file and Bugcheck is the most prolific out of those sent. Only one other (same Bugcheck) mentioned your gpu driver. The Bugcheck tells us...
Thanks for the link. I'll look at that and see if I can try any of those. There was another machine that was regularly freezing and as soon as I swapped the memory it stopped freezing. However, this machine was running fine on XP, and I've tried other RAM in this machine and it didn't resolve the issues.

Those hotfixes hopefully will help, I did have a quick look see myself and there's plenty of them. It does sound like we have least stopped the bsods and now we just have to find the cause of these freezes. The reasons for freezing are many and varied so it may take us some time to eventually track it down but we will...:)

I'll keep my fingers crossed about the BSOD's but I don't think we're out of the woods, yet. I applied a few of those hot fixes yesterday, but it still froze overnight. I'll try some more of those.

Does it say anything in the event viewer concerning freezing?
