Windows 8 BSOD Cause by Nostkrnl.exe

I would remove and reseat the processor, believe it or not it may be that simple...

How would i do this? Also i managed to follow all of the steps from post 9 like kemical said and everything is fone only the over heating app thing is yellow but fluxuates between 14 (green) 49 (yellow)
After that i tested the ram, so un less both sticks are faulty its not that

My best advice would be to take the pc back to where you bought it and tell them that it's faulty. Let's say you reseat the processor and it's still the same... If you then take it back and they see you've been removing components they will probably say the warranty has been voided. Check through the actual warranty if you have a copy and see where you stand on replacing components.

Did you test the RAM using Memtest86? If so, how long did you run it for?

Just to add that the catches may differ on your heatsink than the one shown. They mostly work in a similar fashion but if in any doubt try googling the heatsink for details. Also be aware when first breaking the seal between cpu and heatsink to be careful and make sure you twist gently.
