Hi, last night my computer decided to BSOD with the error code 0x000000C4, and it continues to do it whenever I start it up. The BSOD happens right after the welcome screen. I've looked everywhere I can, and I'm really clueless on how to fix this. I tried following some instructions to disable Driver Verifier, but I still get the BSOD. Please help.

Go to the BSOD section read the instructions and post there.

Almost every BSOD has a stop error code that it displays. in this case the code is 0x000000C4. You should search the Microsoft knowledge base with this error code. It should also list a file on the BSOD. This file name will help you narrow down the problem even further. You may also want to look at this link. Link Removed

If it works, this hotfix might be the easiest: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2816159
