Solution
Thanks for posting the full SPD tab images (I didn't mean to nag. Honest!). OK, it's not the same batch but close enough to assume Micron had considered it good enough to be a set (or you were lucky!). A lot better than some set ups I've seen in the last 18mths!

Your RAM timings need resetting in your BIOS. It's currently set at 7-7-7-20 and should be 9-9-9-24. If you need any help with manually setting your RAM timings, feel free to ask.
It could be due to a corrupt or improperly configured boot.ini, can you boot into your system at all? Try using the last known good configuration option from the F8 boot menu

Hi Kultz and Welcome to The Forum.

STOP 0x000000C4: DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION

Usual causes:
Device driver

Your latest dump file lists ntkrnlmp.exe as the probable cause. This is a Windows System file and for it to be the cause of your crash is highly unlikely.

Turn off Driver Verifier.
To turn off Driver Verifier when finished, Open a Command Prompt or Run... window and type verifier /reset and press Enter/OK.
or
GoTo Start and in the Search or a Run... Window type verifier. Select Delete existing settings and press Finish.

Can you please supply snips of all the slot#'s under the SPD tab. The one you have supplied I think shows that your RAM timings are out.
I believe the timings should be 9-9-9-24 whereas yours is set at 7-7-7-20. Need a RAM expert to confirm this!

DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (c4)
A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught. This is
because the driver was specified in the registry as being suspect (by the
administrator) and the kernel has enabled substantial checking of this driver.
If the driver attempts to corrupt the system, bugchecks 0xC4, 0xC1 and 0xA will
be among the most commonly seen crashes.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000000000000e3, Kernel Zw API called with user-mode address as parameter.
Arg2: fffffa8005cf5531, Address inside the driver making the incorrect API call.
Arg3: 0000000005f8f168, User-mode address used as API parameter.
Arg4: 0000000000000000

Sometimes system starts normally works 5 minutes. Sometimes system works normally for hours.

Have you crashed? If so post the new dmp file. Also if you have crashed, does it crash in Safe Mode?

Then see these posts so we can help you further. The more info we have, the less we have to guess, the quicker your issue gets resolved.

Can you please supply snips of all the slot#'s under the SPD tab.

I suspect that mixed RAM is your problem.

Why?

You'd have posted the full SPD image for your second set of RAM. Mixed RAM will lead to tears. Please re-attach the full images from the #1 and #2 slot and your memory tab. Otherwise we have to keep jumping backwards and forwards to different posts to see them all, consistency becomes lost.

I can see from your first SPD tab that the timings are out, but if you're going to mix n match RAM.................

Today I had a weird situation. Monitor went to sleep, but the PC was still on. It's weird.
I will put the SPD and memory tab pics.

Please re-attach the FULL images from the #1 and #2 slot and your memory tab. You insist on only posting a "cropped image" of the #2 tab!!

Solution
Actually, I don't know how to manually set RAM timings, so can you help me?

Hi Kultz.

Can you give us the Make and Model Number of your Motherboard please.

Personally never heard of Pegatron, do you have access to the mobo manual in pdf form for me to look through, or is it part of a HP system?

Not helpful but informative
In January 2007, ASUS started restructuring its operations. The company split into three distinct operational units: ASUS, Pegatron and the Unihan Corporation. The ASUS brand was applied solely to first-party branded computers. Pegatron handled OEM manufacturing of motherboards and components, and the Unihan Corporation focused on non-PC manufacturing such as cases and molding. In January 2008, Pegatron acquired the Unihan Corporation as a subsidiary from Asus.

SOURCE for what it's worth.
