Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and hope you guys can help me. I constantly get blue screens on my Lenovo Yoga laptop. It started about half a year ago and I tried everything but nothing seems to work. I just recently reinstalled Windows 10 and after getting a BSOD again, I created a second partition and installed Windows 8 on it. It worked good in the beginning but after a couple days I got blue screens too. Now I'm on Windows 10 again get a BSOD very irregular every 10 minutes to 2 hours (very often after I start the computer or after it comes back from hibernation).
The code usually is either CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED or UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION. I just updated all my drivers with the software Slimdriver but still get blue screens. I hope you guys can help me! And sorry if my English is a bit off, it's not my first language.
Thank you :)

I haven't time to read the dump file but drivers should always be sourced from the manufacturer with laptops. Third party apps are a no no.

Try updating your drivers but only use those found on your systems support page at lenovo.

I'll be back shortly and then will look at your dumps.

Hi,
all dump files were the same as above and before going on to anything else you need to install those Lenovo drivers.

I found the support page for you and it does look like you have drivers for Windows 10:

Just in case the above link takes you to this page click the 'view all' arrowed:

You should then see the download page.

Any problems please post back. Oh, please uninstall your drivers first before installing the new version.

Hi, thank you for your reply! Yes that's what I did. I installed every single Lenovo driver from the official website on Win 8 and 10 every time I reinstalled the OS. I just installed the updates with the software yesterday to check if they would solve the problem.
What else could I do?

Hi,
I went back over the last dump file looking for possible culprits and a couple of items stood out.
Is your processor overclocked?

Code:
  Processor may be overclocked!

  Actual Frequency: 998
  Overclock Ratio: 1.24

If you are overclocked please return to default settings.

Please uninstall anything that users

Your HDD space is getting limited:

Ideally you want to leave around 25% of the drive free. Try backing up and removing data or uninstall apps that are no longer used.

I look forward to your next reply.
