Also, can you tell me if the screen going black has any significance? I never see the BSOD only a black screen.

same TDR bugcheck.
The same TDR bugcheck over and over again even after changing drivers usually means there is a fault. It could be that the card is faulty but as I've already written if you start opening up the case then your warranty may be invalidated.
Also the reason you see a black screen is because the gpu has been shutdown because of the TDR. No GPU, no signal and hence the black screen.
Did you try phoning the supplier as suggested?

Okay so I called them and it turns out someone failed to overclock my GPU correctly. He then told me to restore the overclocking settings to default. I then had another crash and sent it to his email. I guess I'll wait for more instructions. Here is the minidump file:

so something was amiss with the card after all... To be honest though his explanation of 'someone failing to overclock the card correctly' whiffs a little and I'd certainly keep the pressure on. I should imagine that system cost a pretty penny and you want what you paid for.. A working machine.
Please keep me updated.

Okay I called tonight and he told me to take out my graphics card and put it back in. I did that and my game would freeze whenever I started it up. Then after some tries I got another BSOD. They said they would send me a new graphics card. Here is the BSOD in case you would like to look at it.

sorry to see this issue reappearing. To be honest though TDR errors can be caused by almost anything and I notice your driver isn't the latest version which may or may not have a bearing on this issue.
nvlddmkm.sys Wed Jul 02 18:42:02 2014
Latest version is:
Version344.11 - WHQL
Release DateThu Sep 18, 2014: Please update:

How about your machine in general? Do you regularly run maintenance on your pc? Y'know use apps like Ccleaner and defrag the HDD. Do you also monitor temps and dust levels?

I would like to add I was ALT+TABing a lot before this happened to play other music. Could this have made a TDR occur?

Well this is the first time this happened since I got my new card. I'll post back if it happens again. Thanks.
