Hi,
same TDR bugcheck.
The same TDR bugcheck over and over again even after changing drivers usually means there is a fault. It could be that the card is faulty but as I've already written if you start opening up the case then your warranty may be invalidated.
Also the reason you see a black screen is because the gpu has been shutdown because of the TDR. No GPU, no signal and hence the black screen.

Did you try phoning the supplier as suggested?

Okay so I called them and it turns out someone failed to overclock my GPU correctly. He then told me to restore the overclocking settings to default. I then had another crash and sent it to his email. I guess I'll wait for more instructions. Here is the minidump file:

Hi Shawn,
so something was amiss with the card after all... To be honest though his explanation of 'someone failing to overclock the card correctly' whiffs a little and I'd certainly keep the pressure on. I should imagine that system cost a pretty penny and you want what you paid for.. A working machine.
Please keep me updated.

Okay I called tonight and he told me to take out my graphics card and put it back in. I did that and my game would freeze whenever I started it up. Then after some tries I got another BSOD. They said they would send me a new graphics card. Here is the BSOD in case you would like to look at it.

Hey Shawn,
same again...
A new card huh.. Fantastic! Good luck with the new hardware and let us know how you get on.

Agreed... Although we never close threads so you can post back at any time if you run into issues again. Let's hope that doesn't come about though..

Hi again. It looks like I had another BSOD. Take a look at this please. I was playing games for a long time before this happened. Did my computer overheat?

Hey,
sorry to see this issue reappearing. To be honest though TDR errors can be caused by almost anything and I notice your driver isn't the latest version which may or may not have a bearing on this issue.
nvlddmkm.sys Wed Jul 02 18:42:02 2014
Latest version is:
Version344.11 - WHQL
Release DateThu Sep 18, 2014: Please update:

How about your machine in general? Do you regularly run maintenance on your pc? Y'know use apps like Ccleaner and defrag the HDD. Do you also monitor temps and dust levels?

It shouldn't... Have a look at this link and see if anything is similar:

Ok Shawn best of luck and just post back if you need to.

Just a thought.. Try running the SFC to make no corruption has set in. Open an admin command prompt and type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.
