Windows 7 BSOD Problem IRQ LESS THAN OR EQUAL 0x0000000a

I'm having this BSOD after formating my laptop and installing some softwares later. I included all the dumps created by W7 tool and upload it here. The softwares I'm using is McAfee Antivirus, Nero, Chrome,Firefox,Ccleaner, Virtualbox, Foxit.

Only 2 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 140 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

This network device isn't installed. Please install it:

Network Controller PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8176&SUBSYS_818110EC&REV_01\4&1FB97B6B&0&00E5 The drivers for this device are not installed.

I suspect the Windows Updates are the problem here - but it could also be several different drivers (listed below).
I also suspect your McAfee. Please do the following:

Please do the following:
- download a free anti-virus for testing purposes: Link Removed If using Windows 8, enable Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall instead.
- un-install the McAfee from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of McAfee using this free tool: Link Removed (This link has changed a lot. If it doesn't work, search for McAfee Consumer Products Removal Tool)
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free anti-virus (if using Win8, enable Windows Defender), then check to ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned on.
- perform a full system scan to ensure that no malware has snuck onto your system while the anti-virus was malfunctioning.
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
NOTE: NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.

Thanks for your reply and recommendations usasma, I'm going to uninstall McAfee now and follow your suggestions, I scan it using TDSKiller and Windows Defender offline but no malware detected.
