Windows 7 BSOD while gaming

Hi,

I just received a brand new computer running windows 7 64 bit with a radeon HD 5850. I'm getting a BSOD after 10 mins of played time on some games while others can last some hours beofre it gets me the blue screen. Most of the time it seems to be a code 50 with the dxgmm1.sys file.

Memory is set well in the bios, which means it is surely defective. Replace the RAM.
