Hi,
most of your dump files were like the above apart from two which blamed a windows volume manager and an Intel storage driver. The above is blaming the Intel graphics driver. Now usually laptops get their drivers from the actual laptop manufacturer but I see the versions your running are later than the versions on the website. You could try running Intel's driver utility and see if it updates both your gpu and storage drivers. If it doesn't then apply the drivers found on the actual Lenovo site. In fact there may be some updates you missed?
Here's the Intel driver update utility:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx
The Lenovo support page is here:

Avast is known for causing the odd issue from time to time. Please remove and install MSE as it's more stable:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security/pc-security/mse.aspx

I also noticed this:
dtsoftbus01.sys Fri Jan 13 13:45:46 2012: Daemon Tools is known for causing bsod's please uninstall to test.

xusb21.sys Wed Apr 08 15:28:44 2009: XBox USB wireless controller BSOD issues with 2009 driver please update:
