Windows 7 BSOD with Novatel u679 mobile card.

I plug in the Bell novatel u676 wireless internet card, it installs the software, when it goes to initialize and begins to install the drivers from the stick, it bluescreens, I have been fighting for two weeks to get it working, any help would be appreciated.
