Windows 7 BSODs and crashes during gaming but nothing else stressful.

Specs:

i7 3820 at stock 3.6ghz
Phanteks PH-TC14PE
ASUS X79 Sabertooth
16gb Samsung 30nm RAM at stock 1600mhz 11-11-11-28 1T 1.35v
2x HIS IceQ X 7850 in CF running stock 860mhz @ .865v
Corsair TX650M
2x Samsung 830 256gb SSDs (One is boot disk, other is media)
Corsair Force GT 240gb (empty)
Win7 Ultimate

Like I said, BSODs and crashes seemingly only happen during gaming, usually 2-10 minutes into it. Even benchmarks can't force it to break. It's not a temp problem, the cards are usually around 48C, and the CPU is usually at 45ish. The game doesn't really matter, either. Borderlands 2, Civ 5, and Skyrim all end in reboot death. I'm using the Catalyst 12.11 driver. I've run memtest86+, no errors. CHKdsk yields nothing. I had the same problem a few months ago. The only solution was a clean reinstall of windows, and I would prefer to not have to do that again.
