It is a Chinese hoax. The images of the builds 7012, etc are photoshopped to show a fake watermark.

7012 isn't true, but at least 7004 is.
7004 is of the next branch of the OS, the Release to Manufacturer branch.
That is the final branch that will lead to Windows 7 going gold.

I have heard 7004 and i remember reading a post somewhere about possibly 7008 but i dont remember where.
