Windows 10 Can I Degrade Windows10 to Windows7?

Can I Degrade Windows10 to Windows7.. I am looking for stuff to delete, so I can have more space. This Windows10 folder is 3.26GB. I don't think it does anything other than taking space. Suggest Asap....

Open the Disk Clean-up utility and click on 'system files'. Under the list check the box "Previous versions of Windows' if you recently upgraded and that should free up 10GB+

From an elevated command prompt type

powercfg /H:off

that should remove the hibernate file if you have one which will be about the same size as the amount of RAM you have installed.
