Hi Y'all,
Just when I think I have it is gone....I am trying to connect to one of my pc's in the same room....my set up is time warner modem>4 port dynex router (wireless)>cable to each pc....this is the way it was when I had xp pro and I could see each pc and they could see me....What I want is the same thing...I do not want to go the internert to view the other pc's...when I turn on this pc and look at network I see nothing except my own files and after a while,(for instance, I decided to look at the other pc and it was there, but it is never there when I first turn on this pc)...I went to the device manager and in the net work adapter there were 3 of them and and they are all working...now when I turn off this pc they are not there after I turn on the pc..
the pc= hp pavilion dv5115nr with win 7 x32 ultimate...does any body have any idea what is going on
