For some reason, I cannot open my library folders (music, video, documents, pictures). I don't know how it occurred, but I think it may be due to the last round of updates that were downloaded from Microsoft.
When I click on the folders, nothing happens. I get no errors either. This is what I've tried to rectify the problem:
1) run chkdsk and chkdsk /spotfix (everything checked out good)
2) run dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth (the component store corruption was repaired, whatever that means)
3) run sfc /scannow (all files were successfully verified)
4) deleted library folders and then restored to default (did not work)
5) Windows 7 library fix (did not work)
Nothing has worked so far. I can still access the information by going to C:\Users, but I would still like to be able to use the library function.
