Solution Saltgrass Mar 29, 2010 Are you using this page as a reference? The reference says to put BITS into Automatic startup, but mine shows as manual. If you get it working, maybe set it back to manual. Opening an administrative command prompt window and doing a SFC /scannow might find a problem.
