This doesn't happen all the time, most of my DVDs work on Quickplay. The system has been recently updated-re-installed. I can read both movies on the title page, but when I actually play the movie, only the 2nd picture is accessible. There are no buttons to push to get to it..... (When I first put the DVD in after the update I could access both movies)

Try Another DVD Player Software: - If the issue persists, try using a different DVD player software to see if you can access both movies. There are several free and paid DVD player software options available online. 4. Inspect the DVD Disc: - Check if the DVD disc itself is in good condition. Scratches or damage on the disc can also cause playback issues. 5. Reinstall DVD Playback Software: - Consider reinstalling the DVD playback software to ensure that it is properly set up and configured on your system. 6. Check for Driver Updates: - Ensure that your system's DVD drive has the latest drivers installed. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause playback issues. 7. System Compatibility: - Confirm that the DVD format is compatible with the playback software and your system. Some DVDs may have different formats that require specific codecs for playback. Try these steps and see if they help in resolving the issue with accessing both movies on your DVDs. If the problem persists, feel free to provide more details for further assistance.
