Windows 7 Can't Access Documents

Somehow my Documents window got dragged off screen. Now I can't access the folder either from my taskbar or my start menu. Every time it opens, I can see it travel off screen and open there, but it's too far over for me to drag it back into view. I looked up how to fix it, and the only methods were with using windows XP or Vista. 7 works differently and I couldn't find anything. This is very frustrating and any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Ctr-Alt-Del -> Task Manager -> Right click on Documents in the applications list -> Maximize.

Press alt and Tab together. This will bring it back to the desktop.
Then press Press Alt and space together. Choose "Move" from te drop down. You should now be able to position it with the mouse

Didn't work. It maximized the window off screen.
