Okay, so I understand that you should get a pop-up on the bottom right hand corner of your screen if you have Windows 7 or Windows 8.1. I have Windows 7, but I never got a notification. I know that GWX.exe is on my computer, but it won't pop-up. I read in the FAQ that it only does it if it detects that your PC can handle it. My PC is mediocre, but I'm guessing I COULD run it. Are there any specs anywhere or something?

Thanks for reading, I was rude last time I posted because I failed to realize all of you are volunteers and make up this entire community. Thank you

Solution
There are two updates that need to be in your computer. 1. KB:3035583. 2. KB:2976978. The second update can take days before it is on the computer.
Here is a link you can reserve your copy of Windows 10. You don't need to have the notification on your computer.
