Windows 7 Cant support th full screen? why?

Dear Friend,

I just bought a Dell XPS 8300.... and I found this problem.

PLease check the attached image.... see the top right corner, You can see , It is not being able to have full screen....

Kindly help me to identify & resolve the problem

Let try if this Works!

Go to: Right click on your background Desktop >> Select Personalize >> Press Display(Lower Right) >> Choose Smaller-100%, Medium-125%, Larger-150%. Or in the the same location press Magnifier press full screen. << Choose one!<<

Choose one and it might work.
