  • Clear Browser Cache:
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes, a full cache can prevent images from loading properly.
  • Update Browser:
  • Ensure that your web browser is up to date. Outdated browsers may have issues rendering images correctly.
  • Check Internet Connection:
  • Make sure your internet connection is stable. A weak or intermittent connection can prevent images from loading.
  • Check Email Settings:
  • Verify that images are not disabled in your email client settings. Look for any specific settings that might be blocking image display.
  • Scan for Malware:
  • Run a full antivirus scan on your system to check for any malware that might be affecting image display.
  • Update Windows and Drivers:
  • Make sure Windows 7 is up to date with the latest updates. Also, update your graphics drivers to ensure images can be rendered properly.
  • Try Another Email Client:
  • If the issue persists, try accessing your emails through a different email client to determine if the problem is specific to your current client.

    Additional Tips:

  • Restart your Computer:
  • Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve technical issues by refreshing system processes. If after trying these steps the issue still persists, it might be a good idea to consult with an IT professional for further assistance.
