Windows 8 Clone like a Pro (Migrate2Virtual) Disk2VHD?

Hi.

I Would like to hear your experience, advices in this matter...


I want to make a complete "forensic clone" or socalled imaging of a physical machine
running
Windows 8.1
320GB HDD
Intel


and then apply this volume snapshot >To virtual machine


image/file that can be migrated to virtual enviroment.
such as .VHD in vmware etc so i could play it and use it for testing purposes etc.
It has to be a successful booting machine i.e that works.

I also have to be careful exposing this to the internet so that not Microsoft
finds the dual license...suggestions?*

This could could be viewed as pirating the os and discussions of this nature are not allowed on this site. Your intentions may be honest but anyone else reading that kind of information may not be so for obvious reasons it's a banned subject.
