It seems like you've encountered issues with playing .3gpp files from Sony Xperia X10 mini and Nokia C3 on Windows, specifically with no sound. While you've installed various video codecs, it seems that the problem persists. Here's what you can try to address this problem: 1. Codec Packs: Ensure you have the necessary codecs installed. In addition to the ones you've mentioned, consider installing codec packs like K-Lite Codec Pack or Combined Community Codec Pack (CCCP). These comprehensive packs usually cover a wide range of formats. 2. Update Codecs: Make sure your installed codecs are up to date. Sometimes, outdated codecs can cause issues with audio playback. You can check for updates either by manually going to the codec provider's website or through Windows Update. 3. Media Player: Try playing the .3gpp files using different media players like VLC Media Player or MPC-HC. These media players often come with their own set of codecs and might be able to play the files with sound. 4. Check File Integrity: Ensure that the .3gpp files themselves are not corrupted. Try playing them on another device to verify if the issue is with the files or the playback system. 5. Hardware Acceleration: Disable hardware acceleration in your media player settings. Sometimes, hardware acceleration can cause audio-video sync issues. 6. Audio Output Settings: Check your audio output settings on Windows to ensure that the correct audio device is selected for playback. 7. Reporting the Issue: If none of the above steps work, consider submitting feedback to Microsoft regarding this issue. They may provide further assistance or updates to address the problem. Feel free to try these steps and see if they help resolve the audio playback issue with .3gpp files on your Windows system. Let me know if you need further assistance!
