Windows 10 Configure Windows Search Bar Result

There's something that's been bugging me and costs me time for my works.

The windows search bar prioritizes folders instead of applications, how can I change this?

I've tried playing around with it, but it doesn't do what I wanted.

I suppose it would be better if I could make this filter permanent. If only I could prioritise the apps or just filter out the rest(documents, folders, etc).

I've been having another look around but without much success.

I did wonder if an app like Ccleaner would help, primarily for searching for apps but nahh.. I'll keep looking and maybe someone will read this and have an answer?
