Windows 8 Constant BSODs recently

I have been receiving many BSODs lately, I swapped the hard drive and the RAM out and neither have seemed to be the problem. MemTests pass with no errors and all drivers and the BIOS are up to date. I am assuming it is a problem with my motherboard but I want to be sure before I spend the money on a new one. I have uploaded all the required files. Your help will be greatly appreciated!

If you've found errors using memtest86 then you just can't ignore them. Something is causing those errors to occur and may or may not be related to your bsod issue. Either way it has to be investigated if only to rule it out. Try testing each module individually and in different slots.

Also if notice the errors occurred on test 2. I'm pretty sure each test is different and tests the RAM in a different way. So one could surmise that every time your machine replicates the same scenario as given in test two your machine blue screens?.. Food for thought anyway.

The last two dumps sent were, as you said, pointing to the gpu driver as the issue. You could try uninstalling the gpu driver using this app which also removes old bits of driver...

I'm still unsure to be honest but the errors seem to be either storage or memory related. Now whether it's the storage controllers, HDD, memory, memory slot/motherboard or just a driver is what I'm trying to determine. If the above fails to work try switching on the driver verifier and let's see if we can catch a driver that's at fault.

If the machine keeps blue screening at start up because the verifier is running with windows 8 pressing the shift key and F8 sometimes works for people. If not use your windows installation disk to boot from.and get into safe mode that way.

I ran memtest for almost a full day and here are the results, I am not sure what to make of it but to me it seems like this amount of errors in 10 tests shouldn't be the cause of my constant BSODs.
Also, I am now running the driver verifier and so far my computer has restarted without BSODs 3 times, generating no dump files.

Ok I installed the latest nvidia driver and also swapped both sticks out for a different stick I had, so far its been on for 5 hours with no issues. I really didn't think that the RAM was the issue but so far so good. I am going to leave it running while I go to work, I will post new dumps if I receive any.
