Hi,
This is a new issue since the windows update recently which took a whopping 30 minutes to install, and consequential video issues, well, I was able to play a DVD in VLC without the CPU fan getting noisy however now it gets noisy. The resolution is only 1024 by 720 which for me is normal. So why is it suddenly getting noisy? I find when I pause the video or put a large window in front of it such as Edge actually running this site as I type this message, it goes quiet even though its playing the DVD.
