Windows 8 Create a txt file in "C"

Hello,

I tried all ways but i couldnt create a txt file in C
I must must have administrator privileges on my C: drive
How can i do that?

1. Go to the control panel \ users and confirm that your account is an local admin.
2. Windows will allow an admin to send to the c drive by default so the next step is to see if there is a antivirus blocking it.
3. As a work around, you can send the file to a different folder and then restart the system in safe mode and that should now allow you to move it to the c drive without being blocked.
