Hi, I have 2 -500 gig hard drives, first and the original is a Vista 32 Ultimate, the second is
Win 7pro 64 bit. I love the 64 bit win 7
. The vista is too slow and takes forever to load.
What I would like to do is create a RAID 1 setup where as the the two HDDs will be mirrored in case of trouble. How do I do this? Do I format the vista hard drive and then go into bios and turn on raid 1 setup? Will this reformat both HDDs? This is what Im unsure of. I dont want to erase my new 64 bit win7. Any help would be appreciated and also if you could list the steps as I would have to do them. Thx
