I successfully created a new 5.5 X 4.5 paper size but when I try and select it when printing it does not appear on the dropdown.

Any idea how to get it to do so?

To ensure that a custom paper size you've created appears in the dropdown list when printing, you need to follow specific steps. Here is the process to make your custom paper size visible for selection when printing: 1. Set Up Custom Paper Size: - Go to "Devices and Printers" in the Control Panel. - Right-click on the printer you intend to print with and select "Printer properties." - Go to the "General" or "Features" tab and look for an option related to page or paper setup. - Select "New Form" or "Custom" to set up the new paper size. - Enter the dimensions for your custom paper size (5.5 x 4.5 inches) and provide a name for the paper size. - Save the new form. 2. Check Printer Preferences: - When you attempt to print a...

Check Printer Preferences: - When you attempt to print a document, go to the print dialog box. - Select your printer and click on "Preferences" or "Printer Properties." - Look for the paper size settings and see if your custom paper size appears in the drop-down list. 3. Custom Paper Size in Print Dialog: - Within the printing dialog, you can often adjust settings like paper size, orientation, and quality. - Locate the paper size dropdown menu and check if your custom paper size is available for selection. - If you can't find it, there might be an advanced settings option to access all available paper sizes. 4. Additional Tips: - Confirm that the paper size you're trying to use matches exactly with the custom paper size you set up. - Check if the application you're printing from supports custom paper sizes. - Restart the printing service if necessary to ensure that changes take effect. By following these steps, you should be able to make your custom paper size visible and selectable when printing documents on your printer.
