Windows 7 Dell Precision M2400 Issues with CPU Score maybe?

Well I just received a new laptop yesterday and decided I would jump on and install Windows 7 RC onto it. I had been running it on my Lenovo S10 for a while and was really liking it.

I was a little disappointed when seeing my Score within Windows 7 and thought something might be wrong, i know score isn't everything but the system does seem a little sluggish so figured I would post a question.

I have went to Intel's website and updated my chipset drivers and that didn't have much effect.

What else can I try?

Turns out it was my AC Adapter, i had a 65 watt plugged in and not the 90 watt and it was effecting the performance.
