I just got a new machine and it already has windows 10 pre-installed. you have to choose the language. And the same thing goes on over and over again. I will not be able to use the machine when I have not yet been able to restore these initial settings.

Some solution!

However, bring Win 10 to your new device for installation. Connect the internet cable to your device when you start installing.
