    ]Credential Manager:
    • Windows 7 has a Credential Manager where you can save credentials for different services.
    • To access Credential Manager, type "Credential Manager" in the Start menu search and open it.
    • Add a new generic credential with your BSNL broadband username and password.
[]Create a Dial-Up Connection with Saved Credentials:
    • Instead of relying on the dialer that forgets the credentials, create a dial-up connection directly in Windows with the saved username and password.
    • Go to Network and Sharing Center > Set up a new connection or network > Connect to the Internet > Dial-up.
    • Enter the BSNL broadband settings and save the username and password within this Windows dial-up connection.
    [
    ]Update Windows:
    • Ensure that Windows 7 has all the latest updates installed. Sometimes, Windows updates include fixes for connectivity issues.
  2. Third-Party Dialer Software:
    • If the built-in dialer continues to have issues, you might consider using third-party dialer software that allows saving credentials securely.

      Additional Recommendations:

      • Regularly update your system to ensure the best performance and security.
      • Backup your important data before making any system changes to prevent data loss.
By following these steps, you should be able to save your username and password for your BSNL broadband connection on Windows 7. If you encounter any difficulties or need further assistance, feel free to ask for help.
