Windows 11 Difference between battery icon with lightning thunder and socket?

I suspect the lightning bolt means its charging and the just plugged in icon means its plugged in, but not necessarily charging.

in Windows 10 the lightling bolt means your power plan is set to high performance
the first icon means your power plan was set to long lasting battery i.e, the maker only charages the batty from time to time

you will find Microsoft will auto remove the makers plan and repalce it with their own [no matter what you tell it to do] because Microsoft owns the service and likes to be able to turn things back on after you go to bed
