Windows 11 Battery Icon with X mark, taskbar greyed out

I have a DELL laptop, windows 11 latest update. My battery icon shows a 'X' mark and the wifi/sound/battery taskbar is all greyed out. When I open Bluetooth settings the windows auto closed.
Need solution for this.

the solution is remove the "update" and wait for Microsoft and Dell to sort their drivers out
