Windows 7 different builds? where?

I keep seeing people talking about upgrading the build. I'm at 7100RC but I have no idea how/where to update.

best to stick with build 7100 and allow windows update to keep it up to date

the other builds are daily testing ones which are being shared on torrent networks. they shouldn't really be used as they offer no real changes
