Windows 7 Digital TV Tuner USB Dongle

I have a Digital TV Tuner USB Dongle which has no markings on it(so i have no clue what brand) which i have no compatible drivers for and windows 7 isn't finding any online.

Is there any way i can get drivers for the device and then watch Digital TV on my PC with windows 7?
