Windows 10 Display Issues Exclusive to Internet Explorer: Troubles with Positioning and Visibility

ONLY in IE:
I suddenly see (or don't see!) either of these?? (And some difficulty positioning, as you can see.) All Ok in Edge

OK. Problem corrected (But not solved)
Went right through the settings and coudnt see any problems. So did a complete reset of IE, and all was back to normal. - I'll never know!! Only seemed to happen on this site??

Curious. It has returned. Obviously a confliction with my choice of Windows graphics and the forum graphics. No prob, I'll use another tbrowser here.

Understand. This is not bothering me, but curiosity has got under my skin.
Just had a look at a couple of other computers I use. differenet modelels and , probably, different specs.
All are showing those tow icons and the items when trying to post. Just don't get it.
Judging by the feedback, noone else has had this experience?

Just seen this...

Everything runs ok here David but then again I use Chrome.

Just checked IE and all seems ok. Odd.

K. Solved. I don't recall altering anything, but it all ell around this panel in the IE options:

An image from 'Forum oddity'. Accessibility settings window showing options to ignore webpage colors, fonts, font sizes, and use custom style sheets.
