Does Microsoft spy on what you do on your computer? like they secretly record everything in a file that is hidden and it uploads to microsoft servers at night?

No, but you can opt-in for bug reports but they don't contain personally identifiable info.

This is not a mobile device what you do on your computer your business if you are doing it on the Internet your ISP will know about all of it unless you are familiar with proxy!
